An Atmosphere in Which a Miracle Can Happen
Marble Collegiate Church is a microcosm of New York City: We are of many races, ages, professions, religious and socioeconomic backgrounds, and we come from around the corner, around the country and around the world. Under the leadership of Dr. Michael B. Brown, we are an inclusive, non-judgmental, and life-affirming community that welcomes you to explore your journey of faith.
Built in 1854, Marble Church is the oldest of New York City’s four Collegiate ministries. Our church served as the base from which Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, a great religious figure of the 20th Century, launched far-reaching innovations in practical Christianity. It was here that "The Power of Positive Thinking" was born.
Sunday worship - 11:00 am. Wednesday worship - 6:15 pm. A broad range of activities are featured throughout the week.
